ZAMNA × PRIMER Festival 2026 with CHAUVET Professional Lighting and ChamSys Control

The ZAMNA × PRIMER Festival 2026 took place on September 4 and 5, 2026, at OAKA, bringing together for the first time two internationally recognized festival brands from the electronic music scene and creating a unique two-day music and audiovisual experience in Athens.

The international line-up of top electronic and dance music artists, combined with the intensity and energy of the live and DJ performances, created demanding lighting requirements. For this reason, CHAUVET Professional Color STRIKE M fixtures were used, while control was handled via a ChamSys MagicQ MQ500M Stadium console, providing the power and flexibility required to manage such a demanding production.

The choice of CHAUVET Professional Color STRIKE M provided the lighting design with a powerful and highly versatile tool for creating dynamic effects, strobe sequences and impressive washes that perfectly matched the character of the event.

The CHAUVET Professional Color STRIKE M combines the capabilities of a motorized strobe and a wash fixture. Independent control of the RGB zones and strobe sections enabled the creation of complex patterns, fast transitions and impressive visual effects, enhancing the overall stage presence of the artists.

The ChamSys MagicQ MQ500M Stadium was selected as the core of the lighting control system, providing the necessary power and flexibility to control the extensive lighting rig. The console, designed for demanding large-scale productions, provides a comprehensive programming and live operation environment, allowing precise control of the lighting fixtures and rapid adaptation of the lighting to the requirements of each performance.

The combination of the ChamSys MagicQ MQ500M Stadium with the CHAUVET Professional Color STRIKE M created a particularly versatile system, capable of responding to the fast transitions and high intensity of electronic music.
