Cash on delivery

If the customer chooses to pay by cash on delivery, he/she must pay in cash at the time of delivery. The cash on delivery method is valid for all of Greece and has an additional charge of 3€.

According to the current tax regulations, there is no cash on delivery payment option for retail & wholesale purchases over 500,00€ (retail receipts, sales & service invoices).

In-store payment

In-store payment is made upon receipt of the order, by choosing between the following payment methods:

1. Payment in cash at the store for retail & wholesale purchases up to the amount of 500,00€ (according to the current tax regulations).

2. Payment by debit or credit card VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Diners (for orders with a value of less than 200,00€ the payment is made in one single payment, while for orders with a value of 200,00€ and more, there is the possibility of payment in up to 3 interest-free instalments).

Bank deposit

Customers can pay the total value of their order by making a deposit in one of the following accounts of our company by filling in your full name and the number of your online order that will be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail to make it easier to identify you. Under no circumstances are we responsible for any bank charges.

The order will not be processed until the order is paid in full.

Iris

By choosing the IRIS service, the payment of your order is made directly, through e-banking of the bank you are affiliated with by debiting your account, if your bank cooperates with the IRIS service.

Klarna

We offer the option to pay via Klarna, a flexible payment platform that allows the customer to choose the way that suits him/her to pay for their purchases.

With the Klarna payment method, you have the following options:

- One-time payment.

You can pay for your order instantly, using your preferred payment method, such as credit or debit card.

- Up to 3 Single Installments without a credit card

If you wish to better manage your budget, you can choose to pay in 3 interest-free monthly instalments, now without a credit card. This allows you to enjoy our goods without having to pay the full amount at once.

Payment via RF Code (only for wholesale customers)

You can pay for your order from any bank account you have using your unique RF code. With this payment method you do not need to send us proof of payment, you do not need to re-enter payment details and reasons for payment and your transaction is immediately visible in our systems.
