Shipping Methods

Orders placed by 14:00 containing products that are readily available are fulfilled on the same working day.

Any order placed after 14:00 will be processed on the next working day.

If the products you have selected are not immediately available, your order will be ready for delivery/pickup by us on the same day we receive the products.

The time of delivery of the order by the customer depends on the shipping method selected.

 

1. Pick up from the store

You can pick up your order directly from our store at 15 Alexandras Avenue, Athens 11473, Athens, opening hours Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, upon notification that your order is ready for pickup.

 

2. Shipping

Free shipping throughout Greece for orders over 100€.

- For shipments within the Attica region orders worth less than 100€ are subject to an additional charge of 6€.

- For shipments outside the Attica region orders of less than 100€ are subject to an additional charge of 15€.

 

2.1 Shipping by Courier

Your order will be dispatched with one of the courier companies we work with.

The cash on delivery charge is an additional 3€.

Delivery time is usually 1-3 days.

* If your area is considered inaccessible based on the ACS catalogue, you will have to pick up from the nearest ACS store or incur ACS's costs that may exist to transport your order to your location by your own arrangement with the respective ACS store.

 

2.2. Shipment by Transport Company

In case your order contains an item marked "Shipment by Freight" or in the case of large volume/weight orders, your order will be shipped by one of our partner transport agencies.

If you chose this shipping method, there is no cash on delivery option and the order must be paid in full before it can be shipped.

Delivery time is usually 1-4 days.

Usually pick up is by arrangement from the local transport company's warehouses.

 

2.3 Shipment with a carrier of your choice

You can specify the dispatch of the order with a different courier company or transport company of your choice, or collection by a third party.

In this case, you are entirely responsible for the shipping charge.

You must explicitly mention it when completing his order by writing it in the "order comments" field indicating the name, phone number and address of the carrier.

After delivery of the goods by us to the carrier of the customer's choice, the responsibility of transport is transferred to the customer.

 

Special cases and conditions of shipment

There is the possibility of Saturday delivery, same day delivery, additional insurance on the shipment, etc. with additional charges upon request. In these cases, please fill in the comments on your order with the special delivery conditions you wish, and we will contact you.

The above excludes public holidays and cases of force majeure such as extreme weather conditions etc.

When your order is ready for delivery to the carrier, you will receive an email informing you of the carrier and the bill of lading number so that you can follow the progress of your order in detail.
