The return of a product purchased from the P.A. SOLUTIONS website applies in the following cases:
Shipment of an incorrect product by P.A. SOLUTIONS
Products whose packaging has not been unsealed (valid up to 14 days from the purchase date)
Defective products upon delivery
Products sent for repair (in accordance with the manufacturer’s applicable warranty)
The right to return a product, provided that P.A. SOLUTIONS bears no responsibility for a defective product or incorrect order shipment, does not apply to the following product categories:
Lamps
Earplugs
Headphones
Microphones
Books
Wind musical instruments
Products in pressurized containers (sprays)
Service provisions
Audio or video recordings on analog or digital media
Computer software programs
Customized products made to order (manufactured according to the customer’s special specifications)
Products not sold per unit (measured per meter, e.g. cables, lighting gels, etc.)
Products with availability status “upon order”
You are entitled to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the distance contract by a clear statement, either by letter sent by post to our address, by email at sales@pasolutions.gr, or by fax at +30 210 7613411.

You may also submit the withdrawal request electronically through our website at www.pasolutions.gr by selecting Your account / Customer orders / Product returns (for the order you are withdrawing from). After selecting the quantities of products to be returned, choose “Withdrawal” as the reason for return and “Credit” or “Refund” as the return action.
If you use this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (email).
By exercising the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us in the excellent condition in which it was delivered to you and to provide clear and indisputable proof that it has been safely dispatched within 14 calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In all cases, the products to be returned must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and proof of receipt.
The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires, which is determined as follows:
In the case of a sales contract, the withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract involving multiple goods ordered by you in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, designated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.
In the case of a contract involving the supply of goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, designated by you, acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece.
In the case of a contract for the regular supply of goods over a defined period, the withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, designated by you, acquire physical possession of the first good.
If you withdraw from the distance contract, we shall refund all payments received from you for the products, including delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, no fees will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods or hand them over to us at the address:

without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day you clearly communicated your withdrawal from the distance contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
The return shipping costs are not covered by P.A. SOLUTIONS and are borne by the customer. Any refunded amount does not include the original shipping costs if they exceed the cost of the universal postal service.
The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 3e to 3ia for distance and off-premises contracts does not apply in the following cases:
a) Service contracts after the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the contract is fully performed.
b) The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the supplier’s control and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
c) The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
d) The supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
f) The supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
g) Contracts where the consumer has expressly requested a visit from the supplier for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance. If, during such a visit, the supplier provides additional services or goods beyond those expressly requested or beyond the necessary spare parts used, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional services or goods.
h) The supply of sealed audio recordings, sealed video recordings, or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
i) The supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
