6. Security

To protect your data and secure browsing, the P.A. SOLUTIONS website has a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security certificate. SSL uses two unique RSA (public & private) keys, which are 2048bit in size with 256bit encryption to encode and decode the information between the server and your computer.
The SSL certificate is displayed in the form of a green "safe" or "secure" icon in the area of the seal (SSL) where it is located at the beginning of the browser address bar.

8. Supplier responsibility and warranty - Seller's liability for defects

8.1 The manufacturer of any product you purchase is liable for any damage caused by a defect in his product. Any agreement to limit or relieve the manufacturer of his liability is void. Claims against the manufacturer for damages are barred after three years after the injured party was informed or should have been informed of the damage, the defect, and the identity of the manufacturer. After ten years from the marketing of the product in question, the injured party's rights against the manufacturer are extinguished. In case of doubt as to the identity of the manufacturer of a product purchased from us, please contact us.

8.2 Every consumer good is accompanied by a written guarantee from the manufacturer of the product or the company that imported the product into the EU or the company that applies its trademarks to the product, claiming to be the manufacturer (hereinafter "the supplier"). Please pay particular attention to the terms of the guarantee provided by the supplier and to the other accompanying documents and information that are included in the products under the responsibility of the supplier, particularly those concerning information on the safe use and maintenance of the product. We emphasise the following:

- 8.2.1 The supplier must provide the consumer with clear and complete instructions in writing or by means of internationally established symbols for the safe use, maintenance, preservation and full utilisation of the product and information on the risks involved in its use and preservation.

- 8.2.2 The guarantee must include, in plain, legible, and intelligible language, at least the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the guarantee relates, its exact content, its duration and the extent of its territorial validity. The guarantee must comply with the rules of good faith and must not be invalidated by excessive exclusion clauses. The duration of the guarantee must be reasonable in relation to the likely lifetime of the product. The probable lifetime of the product is the reasonably expected period during which the product can be used in accordance with its intended purpose, even after repair or replacement of spare parts, until wear and tear from regular use renders the product unusable or its further use economically unviable. In the case of state-of-the-art products, the duration of the guarantee should be reasonable in relation to the time during which such products are expected to remain technologically up to date, if this time is shorter than their expected lifetime.

- 8.2.3 If during the warranty period a defect appears in the product and the supplier refuses or slows down the repair beyond the necessary time, the consumer is entitled to request the replacement of the product with a new one of the same characteristics and quality or, if it is not repaired, to request withdrawal from the contract. If the required repair time exceeds fifteen (15) working days, the consumer is entitled to request temporary replacement of the product for the duration of the repair. The breach of the supplier's obligations on the part of the supplier does not affect the validity of the guarantee, which the consumer may invoke and requires the supplier to honour. In the event of replacement of the product or its spare part, the guarantee is automatically renewed for the entire duration of the new product or spare part.

- 8.2.4 In addition to and outside the warranty, the supplier of new consumer durables must ensure that consumers are provided with ongoing technical services for their maintenance and repair for a period equal to their probable lifetime. The supplier must also ensure that consumers have access to spare parts and any other products necessary for the use of the durable consumer goods in accordance with their intended purpose, for the duration of their expected lifetime.

- 8.2.5 In application of the above provisions, P.A. SOLUTIONS, if it is the seller of a product as defined above, will provide you with all possible assistance in fulfilling the terms of the supplier's warranty, at no charge to you. This applies irrespective of any out-of-warranty maintenance services that we may, where applicable, provide to you at the applicable charge.

- 8.2.6 Finally, P.A. SOLUTIONS shall bear all liabilities and obligations towards you and provided for in the Civil Code for the seller. Especially in case of a defect of the product we sell you can:

o Request its repair at no charge to you or its replacement with another unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs

o Ask for a reduction of the price

o To withdraw from the contract, unless it is an insignificant real defect

The above responsibilities and obligations do not apply if the defect has been caused by you, or by force majeure. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. These obligations are in any case time-barred within two years.


9. Product prices

The price policy of the products of P.A. SOLUTIONS is the same in the physical and online store. The prices on the website include VAT. If you are a wholesale customer (B2B), you have the option to view prices without VAT.

In any case, although we make every effort to ensure the accurate indication of the data and prices listed in our online store, we cannot exclude the possibility of typographical or technical errors in prices and product features.

For the safety and efficiency of your purchases, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price, you should contact us by phone or through the contact form on our website before proceeding with the purchase.


10. Product availability

You can order all products available in our online store, regardless of whether they are readily available in our warehouse. In order to ensure that the indication of product availability always corresponds to reality, when you place an order, our system is immediately informed by reserving the products in our warehouse.

Each product indicates its availability status.

If the quantity of a product in an order is greater than the quantity immediately available, a message will be displayed with the exact quantity remaining available. If you still want a larger quantity than immediately available, you can proceed to place the order and we will contact you with the details of its execution. Exceptions are certain products for which, due to long lead times, the pre-order option will not be offered.

Below are the availability indications for the products:

- Available

The item is immediately available for collection from our store or for delivery to the address of your choice.

- Available 1 to 3 days

They are available in our central warehouses/logistics and can be delivered to you within the respective time.

- Available 4 to 10 days

They are available in our company's central warehouses/logistics or in our suppliers' warehouses and can be delivered to you within the respective time.

Available 10 to 30 days

The product is available at the overseas factory and the corresponding time is required for import and delivery to you. 

Expected on (date)

The product is out of stock and is expected to be delivered to our warehouse with an estimated date by the supplier or carrier.

In case you proceed to pre-order you will receive notification from us as soon as the product is available.

- Upon Order

This item is only available by order and is currently not available in our warehouse.

In the event of pre-ordering, you will first receive information from us about the delivery time. If you agree, we will proceed to order the product.

You cannot return an item marked "On-Order" or cancel an order once it has been confirmed.


This item is not available for pickup from the store or for shipment to the customer.

It is recommended to contact the sales department for further clarification or an alternative solution.


11. Order progress updates

After placing your order, you will receive a series of automated emails that will inform you about the progress of the order and the following steps:

- Order entry

In this email we inform you that your order has been successfully entered into our system, we confirm your order and that from this point the contract between us for distance purchasing is concluded. We also inform you of the following:

  • The duration of the commitment of the products
  • The payment method
  • The time and method of delivery
  • The start of the collection and packaging of the products
  • The quantities of products to be shipped
  • The terms of the contract and the conditions of withdrawal

- Completion of the order

With this email we inform you that the order collection and packaging process has been completed and is ready for collection from our store or for shipment, indicating the details of the shipment.

- Order cancellation

With this email we inform you that your order has been cancelled at your request or if we have been unable to contact you in case there is any ambiguity, or if for any reason the order cannot be executed.

There is no way to deactivate these updates, sending them is a prerequisite for the correct progress of your order. We invite you to make sure that these emails can reach you and that you keep them throughout the duration of our transaction. It is your obligation, if you do not receive the relevant emails, in accordance with the general conditions governing our transactions, to inform us without delay.

12. Terms of transactions - Payment methods


12.1. "Cash on Delivery"

If the customer chooses to pay cash on delivery, he/she must pay in cash at the time of delivery. The cash on delivery method is valid for all of Greece and has an additional charge of 3€.

The cash on delivery service is offered only for orders with the shipping method "Shipping by Courier".

According to the current tax regulations, there is no cash on delivery payment option for retail & wholesale purchases over 500,00€ (retail receipts, sales & service invoices).


12.2. "Cash in Store"

Payment in the store is made upon receipt of the order.

This payment method is valid for retail & wholesale purchases up to the amount of 500,00€ (retail receipts, sales & service invoices), in accordance with current tax regulations.


12.3. "By debit or credit card in the shop"

Upon receipt of the order at the store, the customer can pay for the order with any VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Diners debit or credit card.

For orders with a value of less than 200,00€, the payment is made in a single payment, while for orders with a value equal to or greater than 200,00€, there is the possibility of payment in up to 3 interest-free instalments.

In the case of payment by debit/credit card, the cardholder must be present with his/her identity card when receiving the order.

In case the order is placed in the name and on behalf of a company, then the debit/credit card used to pay for the order must be a corporate card, i.e. issued in the name and on behalf of the respective company. The holder of the corporate debit/credit card must also be present when the order is received, with his/her card and ID.


12.4. "Deposit in a bank account"

In the instance of payment by bank deposit, payment must be made before the order is executed. For quicker service, you can send a copy of the receipt of the deposit by email to indicating the customer's details and the order number.

To avoid interbank charges, if you have an account in the above banks, you can deposit the value in the corresponding account of P.A. SOLUTIONS in the same bank. In the event you do not have an account in any of the above banks or you are making a transfer between different banks e.g. from Alpha to Piraeus, you will have to bear the additional bank charges of the money transfer (OUR). We are under no circumstances responsible for any bank charges.

The order will not be executed until is paid in full.

In case you make a transfer from a different bank other than those cooperating with P.A. SOLUTIONS or execute a transfer between different banks, e.g. from Alpha to Piraeus, you should allow 1 to 2 days for the money to be credited to the P.A. SOLUTIONS account and for the order to be executed.


12.5. "By Debit or Credit Card Online"

When placing the order in the online store, the customer can pay for the order with any debit or credit card VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.

For orders with a value of less than 200,00€ the payment is made in a single payment, while for orders with a value equal to or greater than 200,00€, there is the possibility of payment in up to 3 interest-free instalments.


12.6. "Iris"

By selecting the IRIS service, the payment of your order is made immediately, through the e-Banking of the bank you are cooperating with, by debiting your account, if your bank cooperates with the IRIS service.

The IRIS service is a pan-European solution that ensures real-time payment, providing a high level of transaction security without the need to disclose personal data and without special registration.


12.7. "Klarna"

We offer the ability to pay through Klarna, a flexible payment platform that allows the customer to choose the way that suits him/her to pay for his/her purchases.

With Klarna payment method, you have the following options:

You can pay for your order from any bank you have an account with using your unique RF code. With this payment method you do not need to send us proof of payment, you do not need to re-enter payment details and reasons for payment as well as your transaction is immediately visible in our systems.

Therefore, your order is executed with priority. If you experience any problem in finding your RF code, please contact our sales department during working hours and days for your immediate assistance.


13. Shipping methods and costs

The delivery of your order from PA SOLUTIONS can be done in several ways. You can either pick it up from our store, or we can send it with a carrier we work with, or you can nominate a carrier of your choice.

For all orders entered daily in our system, the process of picking and packing the goods starts as soon as possible to prepare them for delivery to transport and courier companies or for collection by the customer.

Specifically, an order placed before 14:00 and containing products that are immediately available is executed on the same working day, while an order placed after 14:00 is executed on the next working day.

In case the products you have selected are not immediately available, your order will be ready for delivery/collection by us exactly on the day we collect the products.

The time of receipt of the order by the customer varies depending on the shipping method selected.

The final delivery time may vary in some inaccessible areas/islands or periods of heavy workload of courier companies or from official holidays and cases of force majeure such as extreme weather, curfew, strikes, pandemics, etc.

Delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.


13.1 Collection from the P.A. SOLUTIONS store

Choose to pick up your order directly from our store located at 15 Alexandras Avenue, Athens 11473, Athens, Greece, open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.

More specifically, for orders placed by phone or from our online store, the customer receives a notification (in addition to the order confirmation email) in which he is informed that his order is ready to be picked up.

For orders with the delivery method "Pick up from store" there is absolutely no shipping charge.


13.2 Dispatch of the order

Choose to have us ship your order, indicating the delivery address you wish.

For orders with the delivery method "Courier" your order will be sent by one of the courier companies we work with.

In case the customer chooses the payment method "Cash on delivery", the charge will be 3€ extra.

The delivery time is usually 1-3 days.

* If your area is considered inaccessible based on the ACS catalogue, you will have to pick up from the nearest ACS store or incur ACS' costs that may exist to transport your order to your location by your own arrangement with the respective ACS store.

If your order contains an item marked "Shipped by Freight" or when it is a high volume/weight quantity order, your order will be shipped by one of our partner transport agencies.

In this mode of shipment, the "Cash on Delivery" payment method does not apply, and the order must be paid in full before it is shipped.

Delivery time is usually 1-4 days. Usually, the pick-up is by arrangement from the local warehouses of the transport company.


For orders with the shipping method "Shipping by Courier" or "Shipping by Transport" the shipping costs are as follows:

- Free shipping throughout Greece for orders over 100€

- For shipments within Attica for orders of less than 100€ there is an additional charge of 6€.

- For shipments outside the Attica for orders of less than 100€ there is an additional charge of 15€.


13.3 Shipment by a carrier of the customer's choice

If the customer wishes to designate the dispatch of his order with a different courier company or transport company of his preference or pick-up by a third party, he must select "Customer's carrier" as the mode of dispatch and will bear the full cost of the dispatch.

He must also explicitly mention this when completing his order by indicating it in the "order comments" field stating the name, telephone number and address of the carrier.

After delivery of the goods by us to the carrier of the customer's choice, the responsibility of transport is transferred to the customer.

The customer retains his rights against the carrier of his choice.


Special cases and conditions of dispatch

There is the possibility of Saturday delivery, same day delivery, additional insurance on the shipment etc. with additional charges upon request. In these cases, please fill in the comments on your order with the special delivery terms you wish, and we will contact you.

The above excludes public holidays and cases of force majeure such as extreme weather conditions etc. When your order is ready for delivery to the carrier, you will receive an email informing you of the carrier and the bill of lading number so that you can follow the progress of your order in detail.


14. Order delays

To be able to offer a wide variety of products and competitive prices, we source our products from many manufacturers and suppliers in Greece and abroad. As a result, we are not always able to provide adequate supply and availability information for our products and your order is likely to be delayed for the following reasons:

  • In cases where an order may be delayed by our supplier or in customs or even in transit, resulting in it not reaching our warehouse within the expected time of receipt
  • In cases where our manufacturer or supplier suddenly and without warning announces that it is discontinuing a product or ceasing to supply it
  • In periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect the delivery of your order
  • Also, if there is a problem or ambiguity in your order, e.g. with the product, with the payment, with your details, etc. and it is impossible to contact you directly

In all the above cases, we will contact you to let us know if you want us to deliver your order in parts or to suggest alternatives or to inform us of any ambiguities. In all cases, the delay shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.


15. Order cancellation

Without prejudice to the provisions on withdrawal in Article 9, the cancellation of the order may be carried out in the following cases:

  • Before placing the online order, you can return to the previous page and remove the quantities of products from your basket by pressing the delete button

16. Returns & conditions of withdrawal

16.1 When the return of products is valid

The return of a product purchased from the P.A. SOLUTIONS website is valid in the following cases.

  • Sending the wrong product from P.A. SOLUTIONS
  • Products where the packaging has not been unsealed (valid up to 14 days from the date of purchase)
  • Defective products on delivery
  • Products to be repaired (according to the manufacturer's applicable warranty)


16.2 Exceptions to the right to return products.

The right to return a product, if P.A. SOLUTIONS is not liable for a defective product or an order dispatch error on its part, does not apply to the following categories of products.

  • Lamps
  • Earplugs
  • Headphones
  • Microphones
  • Books
  • Pneumatic musical instruments
  • Products in pressurised cans (spray)
  • Services
  • Audio or video recording on analogue or digital media
  • Software programs for computer
  • Customised products made to order (made to customer's specific specifications)
  • Products not sold by the piece (measured in units of meters, e.g. cables, lighting gelatine, etc.)
  • Products with an availability status 'on request


16.3 Right of withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the distance contract by means of a clear statement, either by letter sent by post to our address, by email to, or by fax to 2107613411. You can also complete and submit electronically the withdrawal request through our website, located at, by selecting your account / customer orders / product return (of the order where you withdraw) and after selecting the quantities of products to be returned, to state as the reason for return "Withdrawal" and as the return action "Credit" or "Refund".

If you use this option, we will send you without delay on a fixed medium (email) the confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal. By exercising your withdrawal you are obliged to return the product to us in the perfect condition in which it was delivered to you and to provide us with clear and undisputed evidence that you have sent it safely within 14 calendar days of the exercise of your right of withdrawal by you. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is only necessary to send your declaration of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline for withdrawal, which is set accordingly in the following cases:

  • In the case of a contract of sale, the withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after you or a third party other than the carrier and nominated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods.
  • In the case of a contract relating to several goods ordered by you in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the last of the goods
  • In the case of a contract for the supply of a good consisting of several lots or several pieces, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the last lot or piece
  • In the case of a contract for the regular supply of goods for a fixed period, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days after the day following the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and nominated by you acquired physical possession of the first goods


16.4 Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the distance contract, we will refund the value of the goods, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the distance contract.

The above refund will be executed using the same means of payment chosen when the order was placed unless we agree on a different means of payment after consultation. In any case, no costs will be charged for the refund.

We are allowed to delay the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent us the goods, whichever comes first. You must return the goods or deliver them to us at P.A. SOLUTIONS 15 Alexandras Avenue, P.C. 11473, Athens, without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day you clearly state to us that you are withdrawing from the contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-calendar day period. The shipping costs of returning the goods are not covered by P.A. SOLUTIONS and are borne by the customer. The money returned by P.A. SOLUTIONS does not include initial shipping costs to you if they exceed the cost of universal postal service.


16.5 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 3e to 3k for off-premises contracts does not apply in the following cases:

  • (a) service contracts after the service has been fully performed, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with the consumer's acknowledgement that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the supplier
  • (b) The supply of goods or the provision of services the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market which are beyond the supplier's control, and which may occur within the withdrawal period
  • (c) The supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
  • (d) The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire soon
  • (e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery
  • (f) The supply of goods which, by their nature, are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
  • (η) contracts where the consumer has specifically requested a visit by the supplier to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance work. If, in the case of such a visit, the supplier provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods in addition to the spare parts which were necessarily used in the performance of the maintenance work or repairs, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those additional services or goods.
  • (i) The supply of sealed sound recordings or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, unsealed after delivery
  • (m) The supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has been initiated with the consumer's prior express consent and confirmation by the consumer that he thereby forfeits his right of withdrawal


17. Newsletters

P.A. SOLUTIONS periodically sends out newsletters by email. Although P.A. SOLUTIONS makes every effort to send the newsletters, P.A. SOLUTIONS is not responsible for any failure to deliver them to their final destination. Newsletters may end up in your spam folder, so please check that they are not stored there by indicating the address [no-reply / pasolutions] as safe.

Newsletters from P.A. SOLUTIONS will only be sent if you choose and for as long as you wish. In case you wish to no longer receive newsletters, you can use the following deactivation methods:

  1. With the link indicated in the footer of each newsletter, in this case you will be redirected to our website to confirm the deactivation
  2. With the subscribe/unsubscribe link in the footer of our website by entering the email for which you do not wish to receive newsletters, in this case you will be sent an email which will redirect you to our website to confirm deactivation
  3. Through your account on our website, by de-selecting the "Newsletter" field in the "Options" section of the "Customer details" tab.

Under no circumstances should newsletters be confused with automated order process newsletters, for which there is no way to deactivate, as explained in section "11. Order progress updates".

These terms of use apply to customer reviews. They do not apply to the entire website, which has its own terms of use. By submitting your review to you agree and warrant that:

  • The content of the presentation is your own creation and is not the intellectual property of any third party
  • The presentation does not contain abusive, religious or racist comments, insults to other members of and third-party reviews, discussions of pirated software, illegal activities or intentional misuse of the warranty and terms of use of the product
  • Your writings are about the product being reviewed, do not refer to the pricing of the product and are not misleading or intentionally defamatory
  • The review does not include email addresses, personal information of third parties, telephone numbers, links from other stores, malicious websites or websites with content not related to the featured product
  • Do not post multiple identical presentations (spamming)
  • You agree that P.A. SOLUTIONS (including all executives, employees, and associates of the company) is not responsible for any legal or non-legal matter, natural or legal, arising as a result of ignoring the above terms of use.
  • For each presentation and evaluation, you submit, you give P.A. SOLUTIONS full ownership of such material to copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adopt, publish, translate, use in any electronic or printed form, and sell, without any intellectual property rights in it
  • Any presentation and evaluation may be used as P.A. SOLUTIONS deems appropriate. P.A. SOLUTIONS has the inalienable right to change, modify or delete any form of material published on the website and its sub-sites if it deems that its content constitutes an abuse of the above terms of use
  • P.A. SOLUTIONS does not warrant that you will always be able to modify or delete material uploaded by you through the website. However, P.A. SOLUTIONS has the right to remove or refuse to publish a presentation and evaluation for any reason
